Warranty

For 1 year from the date of delivery, we warrant that your Lucebox is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a covered defect appears, we repair or replace the machine or the faulty part, at our choice, at no cost for parts or labor.

Installing your own software or running your own models never voids the warranty.

• accidental damage, drops, and liquid damage;
• damage from power surges, lightning, an unsuitable electrical installation or inadequate ventilation;
• damage from use that does not follow the Terms of Sale or our instructions, including misuse and neglect;
• hardware modification, or opening, repair or part changes by anyone other than us, unless we told you how;
• normal wear and cosmetic marks that do not affect how the machine works;
• damage in transit that was not reported within 14 days of delivery (see the Terms of Sale);
• software, models and data, including their loss, and accessories we did not supply;
• loss or theft.

Write to support@lucebox.com with your order number and a description of the problem, with photos, logs or error messages if you have them. We first try to diagnose and fix the problem remotely. If the machine or a part has to come back, we send you a return authorisation and shipping instructions: please do not send anything before that.

Back up your data before any repair. The drive may be erased or replaced, and we are not responsible for data on a machine sent to us.

A repaired or replacement machine is covered for the rest of the original warranty period.

In the European Union you keep the two-year legal guarantee of conformity from the seller, on top of this warranty. In the United Kingdom you keep your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Elsewhere, you keep any rights the law of your country gives you.

To the extent the law allows, this warranty replaces all other warranties, and any implied warranties, such as merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the warranty period. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Repair or replacement as described here is our responsibility under this warranty. The limitation of liability in the Terms of Sale applies to it, which never limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
