The engine
Kernels for the R9700 and the Ryzen AI MAX+, speculative decoding, batching, and splitting one model across both memories. C++17, CUDA and HIP, open source.
We're a small team backed by Y Combinator, building a local AI workstation and the open source engine that runs on it.
Send us something you've built and tell us what you'd like to work on.

The Lucebox Zero 495 itself: board, GPU, cooling and chassis, and the 72-hour test every machine passes before it ships.
What runs around the engine: browser setup over Bluetooth, Lucebox Manage, signed updates with automatic rollback, and the connector that opens apps on a laptop.
The engine is Apache 2.0 and has 60+ contributors. Every benchmark goes on the blog with its setup.
