These terms cover your use of lucebox.com, including the setup page at lucebox.com/setup and everything we publish here. The website is run by AGMI AI, Inc., a Delaware corporation trading as Lucebox ("Lucebox", "we", "us"), 1111B S Governors Ave STE 48341, Dover, DE 19904, United States. By using the site you accept these terms. Buying a machine is covered by our Terms of Sale.
You can browse the site, read our reports and use the setup page to configure a Lucebox you own. Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload or get around its security, no scraping that harms its performance, and nothing unlawful.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it is always online, error free or complete.
The setup page pairs your browser with your own Lucebox over Bluetooth to give it a Wi-Fi network, an administrator account and, if you choose, a Tailscale connection. Those details go from your browser to your machine; they are not sent to us.
Signing in to Tailscale happens on Tailscale's own service and under its terms. You are responsible for keeping your account passwords and the devices you pair safe.
Our performance figures are measurements from the setups described in each report, with the model, settings and hardware stated there. Your results can differ with other models, prompts, settings or software versions. Figures we quote from third parties link to their source, and we are not responsible for them.
Nothing on the site is professional, legal, financial or safety advice.
The Lucebox engine is open source under the Apache License 2.0. Your use of it, and of any other open source component, is governed by its own licence, which these terms do not change.
The site design, text, photos, renders and videos belong to us or our licensors, apart from the open source code we publish under its licences. "Lucebox" and the Lucebox logo are our marks. Other names and logos, such as AMD, belong to their owners and appear to describe compatibility, partnerships or the teams who use our software.
You may link to any page and quote short parts with credit. Please ask before reusing anything else.
The site links to services we do not run, such as the shop checkout on shop.lucebox.com (run on Shopify), GitHub, Hugging Face, Discord, X, LinkedIn and cal.com for booking calls. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
To the extent the law allows, the site and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, or for loss caused by relying on its content.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim in its courts. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
